Our smallest wedding package offers a small, intimate ceremony with a mountainous, romantic backdrop

Micro-Wedding

This hybrid package allows the couple +  

up to 30 guests to enjoy the peaceful & serene backdrop for their mountain wedding. 

Provided:  six-hour rental period for couple + up to 30 guests, cocktail tables, dinner tables/chairs

Access:  outdoor areas, bride/groom suites, entry room, cocktail room

Traditional Wedding

Our traditional wedding package accommodates up to 250 guests for a fun-filled night of dinner & dancing.

Provided:  14-hour rental period, rehearsal hour, cocktail tables, dinner tables/chairs for up to 150 guests [more available to rent]

Access:  outdoor areas, bride/groom suites, entry room, cocktail room, dining hall, kitchen

New Years Day [& day prior], Easter Sunday, Memorial Day [& weekend prior], 4th of July,

Labor Day [& weekend prior], Thanksgiving Day, & Christmas Day [& day prior].

Off-Season Rate Adjustment | -$500

Reduced for all traditional weddings taking place in January & February.

All wedding packages include:

On-site parking, Staff for basic set-up/clean-up of venue items,

bussing tables, restocking supplies & parking assistance,

Post-ceremony fireplace supplies & operation,

Wi-Fi access, Trash haul,

Professional pre-event cleaning,

& Tax fees.

Traditional & Micro-wedding packages also include:

One-hour walkthrough session 30-60 days prior to event, One-hour week-of rehearsal session in pavilion,

Mountain-top Experience for couple + photographer [weather-pending]
