Policies
Pets are allowed outside only & must be
leashed and cleaned up after.
Props/decorations may not be affixed in a way of potentially causing damage to the property.
No nudity is permitted.
Photos taken at The Parker Mill may be used for promotional purposes (social media, brochures, website, etc.).
Payment is due at the time of service via cash, check, or Venmo.

Standard Fee $100/hr
Peak-Season Adjustment +$50/hr
added to shoots during May, June,
September, & October
Mountain-top Experience $150 roundtrip
includes an ATV ride to the mountaintop
for photos; seats up to 5 passengers
+$75 for each additional trip
