The nitty gritty on this appointment:
SCHEDULING EMAIL: Sent 6-8 weeks prior to your event date; includes a form to be completed in its entirety for brief review at the appointment.
APPOINTMENT DETAILS: It may last up to 90 minutes; takes place 15-30 days before event date, after guest count is final; encouraged to be in person but can be done virtually if needed;
must include your coordinator/planner, may also include no more than 2 guests.
TASKS ACCOMPLISHED: Relaying finalized event details to help make your day run smoothly including rehearsal time, decor details, floor plan/table layouts
