Intimate “Micro-Wedding” Package | $3,000
Traditional wedding meets elopement in this hybrid option! This intimate package is perfect for smaller- sized weddings, destination-style weddings, or vow renewals for couples who enjoy the peaceful and serene mountain setting. The couple + 30 guests can enjoy a six-hour rental period any Sunday – Friday, a one-hour rehearsal session with our coordinator, PLUS décor room access!

Looking to elope in the heart of the majestic Smoky Mountains while surrounded by your closest family/friends? Let us take care of the details while you leave your wedding worries behind. We provide the picturesque ceremony site of your choice, bouquet & boutonniere, and a champagne toast in our romantic cocktail room. The couple + 10 guests can enjoy a three-hour rental period any Monday – Thursday.

Event Liability Insurance
All wedding events require a $1,000,000 policy.
All wedding events serving alcoholic beverages to guests require a “Limited Special Occasion Permit” from the NC ABC and a certified bartender to serve all guests.
To ensure a guaranteed great time for our couples and their guests, all contracted music must be booked exclusively through the experienced and professional Sound Extreme Entertainment. All packages include new, modern digital sound and amplification equipment, top-of-the-line speakers, cordless microphone, advance setup, efficient takedown and a backup system available. Whether you want a DJ or a band, you can’t go wrong with this group!

Her 13+ years of wedding planning experience and strong relationship ties to many local vendors contributes greatly to her undeniable value!
