Intimate “Micro-Wedding” Package | $3,500
Traditional wedding meets elopement in this hybrid option! This intimate package is perfect for smaller- sized weddings, destination-style weddings, or vow renewals for couples who enjoy the peaceful and serene mountain setting. The couple + 30 guests can enjoy a six-hour rental period any Sunday – Friday, a one-hour rehearsal session with our coordinator, PLUS décor room access!

Elopement Package | $2,000
Looking to elope in the heart of the majestic Smoky Mountains while surrounded by your closest family/friends? Let us take care of the details while you leave your wedding worries behind. We provide the picturesque ceremony site of your choice, bouquet & boutonniere, and a champagne toast in our romantic cocktail room. The couple + 10 guests can enjoy a three-hour rental period any Monday – Thursday.

Local Discount
Take 5% off any wedding package if you live in Jackson or any neighboring county

Additional Requirements

Event Liability Insurance
All wedding events require a $1,000,000 policy.

Alcohol Permit
All wedding events serving alcoholic beverages to guests require a “Limited Special Occasion Permit” from the NC ABC and a certified bartender to serve all guests.

Friday Evening Add-On | $1,000
Start your Saturday Package early! This extended rehearsal period [Friday 2pm – midnight] guarantees a night-before rehearsal with time for a relaxed, intimate dinner and set-up/decorations – leaving your BIG day open to focus on what really matters!

Make it a Weekend! | $2,000
Extend your Saturday package from Friday 2pm – Sunday 2pm to take advantage of the Friday Evening add-on perks PLUS a more relaxed clean-up period and the time/setting for a send-off brunch.

Extra tables/chairs | >150 people, $50/table & chair set, $25/table set
All wedding packages include tables/seating for up to 150 guests with our stylish chiavari chairs and beautiful farm tables. This fee is only applied for any additional table/seating. Each table set comes with 10 chairs.

Décor Room Access | $450
Leave the hassle of expensive, one-time use purchases behind with this add-on. Choose any items from our growing collection of wedding décor (including garlands, lanterns, candle votives, table numbers, signs, seat cushions, lawn games, and more) to add the final touches to your day!

Large Décor Pieces | $50 each
Arbors, decorative couches, and more can be delivered to the on-site location of your choice.

Sparkler Send-Off | $1/sparkler (sets of 10)
Indulge in a magical exit surrounded by your guests and beautiful sparks. This add-on includes the decorative pail & lighter.

Farewell Fireworks | $1,000
Add an exceptional and dramatic exit which your friends and family will never forget! All supplies and staff to perform the demonstration included.
